补肾调周序贯疗法对青春期无排卵功血月经周期建立的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调周序贯疗法对青春期功血患者规律月经周期建立的作用。方法选取符合青春期功血诊断标准30例患者,随机分为两组,即治疗组(补肾调周序贯疗法)和对照组(雌、孕激素序贯疗法),停药3个月后观察两疗法对月经周期、经期、经量的影响。结果停药3个月后治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾调周序贯疗法通过滋肾添精、益肾助阳燮理阴阳平衡,使尚未规律的月经周期得以建立,对规律月经周期建立的疗效优于雌、孕序贯疗法,为临床有效治疗方法之一,是经典治崩"复旧"之法内涵的体现,具有不可低估的临床意义。Objective To explore the therapeutics of traditional Chinese medicine which are regulate menstrual cycles of adolescence anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Selected 30 anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding from outpatient of our hospital from March 2010 to October 2011, and randomly divided into＇two grups,one grup is TCM group which have accepted oral Dianji granule followed by Zhuhuang granule cyclically; the other is matched control group which have administrated estrogens fowled by progesterone. Results The total effectiveness of treated group amounts to 93.3%, which was significantly better than the controlled group. Conclusion The method of kidney invigoration regulating menstruatione can balance Yin and Yang in kidney by benefiting kidney Jing and warming kidney Yang,to regulate the function of Hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,then to regulate the menstruation and to cure anovulatory dysfunctional u- terine bleeding.The study indicates that kidney-invigoration regulatingmenstrual sequential method is one of effective methods and is valuable in clinical experiments.
