痰热清在绝经后妇女尿路感染中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析痰热清在绝经后妇女尿路感染中的治疗作用。方法将112例绝经后妇女尿路感染患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各56例:对照组予生理盐水250 mL+头孢哌酮舒巴坦针3.0 g,静滴,bid,7～10 d。据患者体重调整药物用量;治疗组予5%葡萄糖液500 mL+痰热清注射液30 mL,静滴,7～10 d。根据合并症的情况可配合雌激素类药物。结果对照组显效40例,显效率71.4%,有效7例,总有效率83.9%;治疗组显效47例,显效率83.9%,有效7例,总有效率96.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组主要观察指标如发烧持续时间、临床症状持续时间及住院时间等对比,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在痰热清临床应用中未出现明显并发症。结论痰热清用于绝经期泌尿路感染效果好、安全、无明显副反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tanreqqing on urinary tract infection of postmenopausal women. Methods All of 112 cases of urinary tract infection of postmenopausal women were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group. Control group were treated based on 5%NS 250 mL＋Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone 3.0 g,ivgtt,bid,7- 10 days. Treatment group were treated based on 5%GS 500mL＋Tanreqing Zhusheye 30mL,ivgtt, 7-10 days, or to apply e- strogen based on complication;The efficacy and the main observed indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Con- trol group ：The sanative ratio of 56 patients was 71.4%（40/56）,The total ratio of efficacy was 83.9% ;Treatment group ：The sanative ratio of 56 patients was 83.9% （47/56）, The total ratio of efficacy was 92.9% , significant difference was found in these two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Fever duration, clinical expression duration, days of hospitalization of the treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference between the groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Postmenopausal women in the use of Tanreqing did not appear significant complications during treatment. Conclusion The clinical effect of the applica- tion of Tanreqing on urinary tract infection of postmenopausal women is significant, safe and is worthy to be popularized.
