摘　　要：目的比较PICC置管与静脉留置针在肿瘤病人化疗中的作用。方法将74例首次化疗的肿瘤患者分为两组,PICC置管组33例为一组,前臂静脉留置针41例为二组,两组病人基本情况无明显差异。治疗中观察记录留管时间、并发症发生情况及日常生活能力。结果 PICC置管安全、并发症发生率低,保留时间长,对肿瘤病人的生活质量影响较小。结论 PICC置管在肿瘤病人的临床应用中较外周静脉留置针有明显的优势,可以在临床推广使用。Objective To compare the PICC catheter and intravenous, chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods Seventy- four cases of initial chemotherapy in patients whose tumors were divided into two groups, 33 cases of PICC, catheter group as a group, 41 cases of forearm venous catheter for the two groups, no significant difference in the two groups of patients. Observed therapy to stay in control of time, complications and daily living skills. Results The PICC catheter security, low complication rate, retention time, less impact on the quality of life of cancer patients. Conclusion PICC catheters than, peripheral venous catheter in the clinical application of cancer patients have a distinct advantage, can be used in clinical practice.
