16种四川道地药材对鸡胚成纤维细胞生长的影响  

Effects of Sixteen Sichuan Herbal Medicine Extracts on Proliferation of Chick Embryo Fibroblasts

摘　　要：该实验通过MTT法观察丹参、川木香、菊花、川郁金、川黄柏、川佛手、川牛膝、川莪术、川明参、川续断、川麦冬、川白芷、川芎、杜仲、川党参和乌梅等16种四川产道地药材对体外培养的鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)的安全体积质量分数,并观察各种中药提取液对CEF增殖的影响.结果表明以上各种药材的最大安全体积质量分数:川黄柏为3.907mg/L,丹参、川木香、川续断和川党参均为7.813mg/L,菊花为15.625mg/L,杜仲、川佛手、川麦冬、川芎和白芷均为31.25mg/L,川郁金、杜仲、川乌梅和川牛膝均为62.5mg/L,川明参为1 000mg/L.当川郁金在1.954～31.25mg/L,川牛膝在3.907～31.25mg/L,川明参在1.954～500mg/L,川续断在1.954～3.907mg/L,川麦冬在1.954～15.625mg/L,杜仲在1.954～31.25mg/L的体积质量分数范围内可显著促进细胞生长.An experiment was conducted to study the maximal safety concentrations of 16 Sichuan herbal medicines （danshen root, common Dolomiaea souliei root, chrysanthemum, Turmeric root-tuber, Amur corktree bark, finger citron, medicinal Cyathula root, zedoary root, Himalayan teasel root, dwarf lilyturf tuber, Dahurian angelica root, Szechuan lovage, rhizome, Eucommia bark, Pilose asiabell root and dark plum fruit） for in vitro chick embryo fibroblasts （CEF） by MTT assay, and to evaluate the effects of these herbal medicines on CEF proliferation. The results showed that the maximal safety concentration was 3. 907 mg/L for Amur corktree bark, 7. 813 mg/L for danshen root, common Dolomiaea souliei root, Himalayan teasel root and Piloseasiabell root, 15. 625 mg/L for chrysanthemum, 31.25 mg/L for finger citron, dwarf lilyturf tuber and Szechuan lovage rhizome, 62.5 mg/L for Eucomrnia bark, dark plum fruit and medicinal Cyathula root, and 1000 mg/L for medicinal Changium root. Turmeric root-tuber at 1. 954-31.25 mg/L, medicinal Changium root at 1. 954-500 mg/L, cochin Chinese asparagus root at 1. 954- 15. 625 mg/L, Himalayan teasel root at 1. 954-3. 907 mg/L, Medicinal Cyathula root at 3. 907-31.25 mg/L, dwarf lilyturf tuber at 1. 954-15. 625 mg/L and Eucommia bark at 1. 954-31.25 mg/L promoted the cell growth significantly.
