摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑推理法,旨在建立区域性后备人才培养体系理论,解决当前湖南省竞技跆拳道后备人才培养相关问题,为湖南省乃至中国竞技跆拳道后备人才培养提供理论参考为目的,在对湖南省竞技跆拳道后备人才的培养现状进行相关调查的基础上,借鉴竞技体育竞争方略中如何增强己方实力的相关理论,从竞技体育竞争方略中的材学、力学、化学和哲学策略视角提出了相应对策。This paper aims to establish a regional reserve personnel training system theory, solve tlae current t-lunan province Taekwondo sports reserve personnel training related issues, Hunan province and China Taekwondo sports reserve personnel training, and provides a theoretical reference for the purpose. With the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning, the paper studies Hunan province Taekwondo sports current situation of reserve talents training for the relevant investigations on the basis of our country, draws lessons from sports competition strategy of how to enhance their own strength theory, from competitive sports competition strategy of material science, mechanics, chemistry and philosophy and strategies put forward relevant countermeasures.
