摘 要:电动汽车作为一个新兴产业,近年来受到越来越多地重视,但技术成本过高,研发力量不足等问题一直是电动汽车产业发展的制约因素,本文以福特和麦格纳国际公司的合作研发案例为基础,讨论大型汽车企业与专业化配套企业间合作研发绩效的关键影响因素。案例分析表明,资本参与型模式或许更适合当前中国电动车企业之间的合作,合作双方战略目标的相容性、核心技术的互补性以及信守承诺的可能性是伙伴选择的重要依据。最后从伙伴选择、合作模式选择、资源整合等方面,提出若干建议。As an emerging industry, electric vehicles have been paid more and more attention in recent years. But the high cost of tech- nology and lack of R&D strength have been restricting the development of EV industry. In this context, R&D cooperation becomes a key access to new technologies. Based on the case study of EV project between Ford and Magna International, this paper discusses the deter- minate factors of R&D cooperation performance. The results show that capital-participating mode may be more suitable to the current R&D cooperation. The compatibility of strategic targets, complementarities of key technologies and commitment are important basis for partner selection. And from partner selection, cooperation mode selection, co-integration of resources, etc. This paper provides advices about how to improve the performance of R&D cooperation for EV firms.
