基本药物零差率政策的实施对乡镇卫生院经营管理的影响研究

摘　　要：文章从乡镇卫生院收入结构、患者流向和管理方式几个方面探讨了基本药物零差率制度实施对乡镇卫生院所产生的影响。乡镇卫生院基实施基本药物零差率政策以后,财政补偿收入已经取代药品收入成为卫生院的主要收入来源;乡镇卫生院的服务量骤减,服务功能正在萎缩;卫生院的经营管理理念和模式正在发生明显变化。为此,文章提出了相关政策建议。Through analyzing the investigation data, we found that many obvious changes of the income, medical service quantity in inpatients, and management patterns have being emerged in township health centers since the implementation of selling zeregap of essential drugs. Meanwhile, there are still some problems in the implementation of the policy. Therefore, we give some recommendations to perfect the implementation of the policy of essential drugs system.
