摘　　要：改革开放以来,特别是近年来,南京市鼓楼区党组织从企业自身运作规律出发,与时俱进,来思考企业党的建设的规律性。坚持在制度、体制和机制上创新,破解了一系列规模以上非公企业党建工作的难题,大胆探索并构建了具有鼓楼区特色的党建工作五大创新机制,为规模以上非公企业党建工作提供了非常有价值的创新思路和现实启示。Since the reform and opening up, especially in recent years, party organization of Gulou District in Nanjing started to think about the regularity of party building at enterprises according to the operational aspect. Adhering to the innovation of mechanism, institutions and systems, series of problems in the party building at non-public enterprises above designated size have been resolved. Five innovative mechanisms of Gulou District that feature party building are established, providing valuable and innovative ideas of the party building at non-public enterprises above designated size.
