摘　　要：领导者道德在领导活动中发挥着重要的作用。关于领导者道德有美良论和中性论两种不同的认识。领导者道德美良论认为,美良的道德可以产生强大的领导力,领导者应该具有良好的道德品质。领导者道德中性论认为,道德不存在好坏之分,道德是中性的,需要时就利用它,最终能达到目的即可。在这两种领导者道德取向的选择上,应该选取领导者道德美良论,这是基于领导者道德美良论的优良传统、领导者道德中性论的理论空间和领导活动成败的经验教训。Morality of leaders plays an important role in leadership. There are two different views on the morality of Leaders： good moral theory and neutral moral theory. According to good moral theory, good moral produces strong leadership; however, neutral moral theory regards morality as neutral tools for leaders to achieve their aims. We should choose good moral theory because of its fine tradition and the practice of leadership.
