摘 要:针对现有融冰电源的状况,提出了一种新型的基于绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)斩波调压电路的电压源型换流器(VSC)功率单元级联直流融冰电源拓扑。对VSC功率单元的工作模式和级联型融冰电源的工作特性进行了分析,结合该电源的拓扑特点,提出了功率单元的单位功率因数脉宽调制(PWM)控制+6重移相斩波调压控制的新型控制组合策略。根据融冰电源的应用方法,提出了基于"一进两回"融冰接入方法的新型三相循环自动融冰控制策略,给出了切换方法并进行了详细分析,同时对直流侧故障策略进行了分析。实验结果表明,该融冰电源具有电压稳定可调、恒流输出的特性,可以有效完成自动融冰功能,电能质量参数明显优于现有其他类融冰电源。According to the situation of existing ice-melting power supply, a novel topology of cascaded ice-melting DC power with voltage source converter (VSC) power units which based on insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) chopper voltage regulation circuit is proposed. The operation mode of VSC power unit and the operation characteristics of cascaded ice-melting DC power are analyzed. Combining with the topology features of the ice-melting power supply, a new combined control strategy is proposed, which includes the unit power factor pulse width modulation (PWM) control for VSC power unit and chop voltage regulation control with six-fold phase-shifting. According to the application method of ice-melting power supply, a new three- phase automation control switchover strategy based on ice-melting power access method of "one-line out and two-line return" is proposed. The switchover method is given and analyzed in detail, and the strategy for fault in DC side is analyzed too. The test results show that the ice-melting power supply has such features as stable and adjustable voltage and constant current output so that it can effectively accomplish automation ice-melting function, and the power quality parameters are obviously better than those of existing other kinds of ice-melting power supply .
