摘　　要：对外直接投资,是充分利用全球资源与市场进行经济扩张的重要举措。本文总结了中国对外直接投资的特征与行业分布,阐述了对外直接投资与产业安全的关系,通过对外直接投资产业选择的双目标模型分析了发展中国家企业对外直接投资的决策目标,提出了中国企业对外投资渐进性、多元化和动态性的产业选择战略,并具体对劳动密集型和成熟适用技术产业、对资源开发型产业、研究与开发型技术产业和服务业等的选择提出了建议。Direct investment abroad is a significant way to make full use of global resources and markets for economic expansion. This paper summarizes the characteristics of China＇s direct investment abroad and industry distribution, elaborates the relationship of direct investment abroad and industrial security, countries analyzes decision-making targets in direct investment abroad for enterprises of developing through double objectives model of industry choice, puts forward progressive, diverse and dynamic strategies in industry selection of investment abroad for Chinese enterprises, and suggests specific measures for technology industry, industry. making direct investment abroad in the labor-intensive and mature and applicable resource development industry, R＆D oriented technology industry, and serviceindustry.
