摘  要:嵌入式服务要求馆员走出图书馆,主动融入用户环境,通过与用户的密切合作随时解决用户遇到的问题。作为一种服务理念,嵌入式服务在国外已得到广泛应用,而国内图书馆界对这一概念的理解和应用尚存在着偏差。本文重新梳理了嵌入式服务的内涵、嵌入式服务方式和嵌入式服务的意义。在对我国高校图书馆嵌入式服务现状调研的基础上,指出我国图书馆嵌入式服务存在着嵌入具体课程教学不足,深入用户科研过程和科研环境不够,服务的主动性欠缺等问题,并提出了相应的改进对策与建议,包括:嵌入用户环境,支援教学与科研;倡导流程嵌入,提高嵌入式馆员的素质;围绕课程或项目,创新服务模式;建立与用户的长效合作机制等。Embedded service of library requires librarians to bring themselves into user's environment, rather than to stay in libraries only, in order to cooperate with users and to solve their problems in time. As a new concept, embedded service is interpreted divergently in China, though it is widely applied abroad. This paper analyzes the connotation and service modes of embedded service based on an extensive literature research. According to a survey of embedded service applied in Chi- nese academic libraries, the authors found Chinese libraries seldom integrated their embedded service into specific courses and the whole process of scientific research; the embedded librarian's interact with users insufficiently and ineffectively. A series of suggestions are proposed including embedding into users' environment, supporting users teaching and research; en- hancing embedded librariar's ability and quality; embedding into the process of teaching and research; updating service model focusing on the course and research project and establishing a long-term effect cooperation mechanism with users.
