摘  要:提纯烷类气体的过程中,封闭条件下,预先按一定比例将镓、铟、铝融合,将镓、铟、铝熔融物加热到200—300%,然后冷却至30-35℃,在此温度下粗品气体通过镓铟铝熔融物进行气体提纯。通过提纯试验我们得出特定的化学吸附剂可除去杂质,从而达到提纯烷类气体的作用,能深度脱除氧、水,并有效去除CH。、H2S、CO2等杂质,能使烷类气体从99.95%提纯到99.9995%,提纯数据结果表明了按比例配制Ga-In—A1熔融物能够深度提纯烷类气体。In the process of purifying alkenes gas under closed condition, a certain proportion of gallium, indium, aluminum melt was heated to 200- 300℃, then cooled down to 30-35℃. Crude gas products got through the melt and were purified at this temperature. From the tests we got the conclusion that some certain chemical absorbent could remove oxygen, water and some impurity such as CH4,H2S,CO. The crude gas of 99.95% was purified to 99.9995%. The results showed the melt of Ga-In-A1 could deeply purify the alkenes gas.
