摘　　要：通过采用运动学等研究方法,揭示我国女子优秀体操运动员杨亚红完成的侧手翻转体90°直体后空翻转体720°的高难度动作的运动学规律和技术特点,发展此类动作对提高我国女子跳马技术水平有重要的现实意义。This paper points out the law and technical characteristics ofYang Ya-hong＇s handspring sideway with 1/4 turn and salto backward stretched with twist 2/1 in horse vaulting by the method of kinematic analysis .It is significant to research this kind of motion which can promote the level of the woman horse vaulting technique in our country.
