摘　　要：根据红外线的辐射机理,设计了用于加热和烘燥纺织品的扁丝红外辐射器。辐射器的表面温度为886℃,采用铁铬铝合金材料,外形尺寸为1 800 mm×125 mm×80 mm,功率为7 000 W。与常见的圆丝红外辐射器相比,扁丝中红外辐射器的热效率更高,寿命更长,热响应时间更快。Based on the radiation mechanism of infrared ray, flat-wire infrared radiator is designed for heating and drying of textiles. The surface of the radiator is made of Fe-Cr-Al alloys and its temperature is up to 886℃. The radiator has an outside size of 1 800 mm × 125 mm ×80 mm and a power of 7 000 W. Compared with the common round-wire infrared radiator, the flatwire one features higher thermal efficiency, longer span life and shorter response time.
