摘  要:结构生色,又称物理生色,具有高饱和度、高亮度、永不褪色的独特性能。通过阐述结构色的原理、自然界中存在的结构色生物材料、人工制备结构色的方法、光子晶体的发展、制备方法和主要性质,以及结构色的发展和研究方向,提出了通过结构生色来代替染料染色的设想,给出了目前出现的几种结构色在纺织产业中相对初级的实际应用(如涂层织物、液晶织物、日本帝人公司开发的Morphotex等),指出目前阻碍结构色在实际应用的困难和问题。Structural color, also known as physical color, features unique characteristics such as high luminance, high saturation and non-fading. This review covers the origin of color, the principle of structural colors, natural creatures with structural colors, methods of fabricating structurally-colored materials artificially, the concept of photonic crystals, the fabricating methods and main characteristics of photonic crystals, as well as the current research trends of the structural colors. The method of structural colors is proposed to produce the colors on the fibers instead of traditional dyeing process, and several products which are employed the principle of structural colors are discussed, for examples, coating fabrics, liquid crystal display fabrics and Norphotex by Tenji company. The difficulties and challenges on the practical application of structural colors in the modern textile industry are analyzed.
