摘  要:为了解寒地冬小麦返青期抗氧化特性,以返青率存在明显差异的5个寒地冬小麦品系为试验材料,通过返青期田间分阶段取样,测定和分析了MDA、GSH和AsA含量,以及SOD和POD活性的变化。结果表明,降温后冬小麦幼苗叶鞘MDA含量增加,且与返青率呈显著负相关;返青期大幅度降温过程中返青率较高的品系的SOD活性和AsA含量增加较快,AsA含量与返青率显著正相关;POD活性与MDA含量呈极显著正相关,SOD活性、AsA和GSH含量与MDA含量相关不显著。因此,提高寒地冬小麦返青期SOD活性和AsA含量,降低MDA含量,能减轻膜质过氧化程度,增强抗寒性。In order to know the antioxidant properties of winter wheat during the period of survival in spring,five varieties with different survival rate in spring were planted in field,the content of MAD GSH and AsA and the activity of MDA in the chosen sample were detected.The results show that the content of MDA increased and the content of MDA has negative correlation with survival rate in spring;the activity of SOD and the content of AsA in winter wheat of higher survival rate in spring increased higher,AsA content has correlation with survival rate in spring;POD has a significant correlation with MDA;SOD,AsA and GSH and MDA have no significant relation.So,reducing MDA content,increasing improving the activity of SOD and the content of AsA can reduce the degree of membranous oxidation and enhance cold-resistance.
