新西兰工伤保险制度及对我国的启示

摘　　要：新西兰的事故赔偿体系自建立以来经历了数次修正,而工伤事故的赔偿在事故赔偿体系演进过程中逐渐实现了相对独立运作。本文以工伤保险体系的内容为核心,对其运行过程包括纠纷解决机制进行了详细介绍,在此基础上对新西兰现行工伤保险体制存在的问题进行了剖析,并评价了其对我国工伤保险体系完善所具有的借鉴意义。The accident compensation system has been reformed for several times after its inception. The compensation for work accident becomes relatively independent in operation during the evolution of accident compensation system. This article focusing on work injury insurance, introduces in details the whole process of its operation including dispute resolution mechanism. Then, it analyses the problems underlying current work injury insurance system in New Zealand, and evaluates the feasibility of applying its experience into Chinese context.
