摘  要:为探索瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)提取物对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌活性,采用生物活性跟踪法对瑞香狼毒的抑菌活性成分进行初步研究,柱层析法对其甲醇萃取物高活性成分进行分离,经LC-MS和核磁共振仪对最终成分进行结构鉴定,结果表明瑞香狼毒最高活性流份3的主要抑菌活性成分为伞形花内酯,并且随着浓度的提高,该活性成分对草莓灰霉病菌的抑制作用也增强,其抑菌中浓度为1.52 mg.mL-1。通过扫描电镜观察流份3对草莓灰霉病菌超微结构的影响,结果发现伞形花内酯严重破坏了草莓灰霉病菌孢子和菌丝体的形态结构。The study is to investigate the antifungal activity of the extracts from Stellera chamaejasme against Botrytis cinerea. The active components of S. chamaejasme extracts were analyzed by bioactive tracking method, then highly active components of the methanol extracts were separated by column chromatography, and the structure of the final extract was identified by LC-MS and NMR. The results showed that the main antifungal bioactive compound from the most active eluotropic component 3 was urnbelliferone. The higher the concentration, the stronger the antifungal activity. The MIC of umbelliferone was 1.52 mg· mL -1. SEM was utilized to observe the effect of eluotropic component 3 on the ultrastructure of B. cinerea, and found that the B. cinerea spore and mycelium' s morphology were badly destroyed by umbelliferone.
