摘　　要：依据通讯类电子产品供应链的特征总结了系统运作过程中出现概率较高的六类风险因素。以供应链中某品牌运营商向供货商提出生产计划订单为核心驱动,借助于Petri网这一具有良好可实现性的动态系统建模工具建立了通讯类电子产品供应链的Petri网主体简化模型。通过灵活设定所建模型的Simulink仿真运行参数,模拟运行过程中多种状态变化,对通讯类电子产品供应链进行了风险预测,仿真分析结果可为后续决策策略的选择提供支撑依据。According to the characteristics of the electronic products of communication supply chain,six risk factors which own high probability through the operation of supply chain system were put forward in this paper.For the core production plan order as driving force to the supplier of the brand operation business in the supply chain,establish a Petri net model of electronic products of communication supply chain with the well dynamic realizability.By setting simulation parameters flexibly,the states and changes during supply chain operation were obtained and risk predictions were made.The simulation results could provide support basis for the subsequent decision-making strategy.
