摘　　要：以我国建设生物产业基地的现实要求为背景,在文献回顾的基础上,通过对国内外大量现实案例的总结,揭示生物制药产业的专家型公司和核心公司的"接力创新"特质,归纳了平台技术转让、整体出售、合同研究、市场共同开发等典型接力模式.在理论分析的基础之上,结合现代生物技术的相关特征,构建了包括创业激励系统、专业孵化系统和接力握手系统的创新平台体系框架,并深入研究了共性技术研发平台的组织运行模式.Under the background of realistic demand of China＇s biotechnology industrial base construction, and based on literature review and massive realistic case studies, it has revealed the distinguished ＂relay innovation＂ characteris- tic between expert company and core company from the industrial level, and then summarized several patterns of the ＂relay innovation＂, i.e. platform technology transfer, whole sale, contract research and market co-developing. Based on theoretical analysis, and combined with the modern biotechnology related characteristics, it has designed the frame- work of innovation platform system, including incentive system, specialty incubation system and relay hand system. Fi- nally, it has studied the organizational operation mode of generic technology R＆D platform.
