摘　　要：通过分析高品位油藏的经济评价指标的决策依据与风险和项目经济评价效益,形成了未开发低品位油藏经营效益的评价新标准;在分析研究低品位油藏的自主经营、租赁经营、合作经营或参股经营等三种经营方式基础上,设计了在不同经营方式下,不同低品位油藏经营享受不同的财税或开发投资优惠方案,从而形成了低品位油藏开发经营新模式;最后将该经营模式应用于中国某低品位油藏开发实际,证实了该理论的先进性、可靠性和可行性。By analyzing the economical evaluation indexes of decision-making of high-grade reservoirs and their related risks and economical evaluation benefits, a new criterion of operational benefits of the untappedllow-grade reservoirs is presented. Based on the studies of self-oper- ation ,leasing-operation and cooperative operation of the untapped low-grade reservoirs ,different financial or development and investment pref- erential schemes of different low-grade reservoirs are designed, with a new ＂theory of development and operation of low-grade reservoirs. At last, this theory is put into low-grade oilfield development, which proves the superior,feasibility and reliability of it.
