名老中医张梦依辨治直肠癌经验

摘　　要：目的:探讨名老中医张梦依治疗直肠癌临床经验。方法:分析张老临床对直肠癌病因病机的认识以及专方论治方法。结果:张老认为直肠癌多为湿热蕴结,邪毒滞留,气滞不畅所致,治疗上以清热利湿、解毒消肿为法,辅以凉血清肠。以白花蛇舌草、白茅根、夏枯草、仙鹤草四味药为主药,辨证施治,随症加减。结论:张老治疗直肠癌用药精当,临床疗效显著。Objective：To study the clinical experience of treatment for rectal cancer by Zhang Mengyi.Methods：Analysis the recognition and treatment methods for ecthyma by Zhang.Results：Zhang thinks rectal cancer caused by damp,evil poison retention and qi stagnation.The treatment uses clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis and detumescence by detoxification combined with cooling blood.Use oldenlandia,baimaogen,xiakucao and xianhecao as principal agents with the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.Conclusion：The treatment for rectal cancer by Zhang Mengyi has distinct curative effect.
