摘　　要：目的:总结程万里治疗冠状动脉粥样化性心脏病(冠心病)的经验。方法:搜集程师临证治疗冠心病的验案,分析并总结其规律。结果:程师依此法在临证中化裁治疗冠心病疗效可靠。即益气活血以畅血脉;温通心阳以化寒凝;阴阳同补以求和谐;先后天兼顾以固本。结论:程师治疗冠心病疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the experience of Cheng Wanli in treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods：First,collect and analyze the effective prescriptions of treating coronary heart disease.Second,summarize the law in treating coronary heart disease.Results：The clinical effect of Cheng Wanli treating coronary heart disease is conspicuous.There are four effective methods：reinforcing Qi and smoothing blood to promote blood circulation,warming and inspiring xin-Yang to remove phlegm-humor,replenishing Yin and Yang to keep blance and invigorating spleen and kidney to reinforce the root.Conclusion：The effect of teacher cheng in treating is remarkable.
