摘 要:目的:探讨脂汰清对高脂血症兔血清微量元素锌、铜、镁的影响。方法:选取60只普通级新西兰雄性兔为实验对象,体质量1.5~2.0 kg,随机选择普通级新西兰雄性兔10只作为空白组,予以普通饲料进行喂养;其余均按照高脂饲料配方1进行喂养,6周后,将其制成高脂血症模型,再将其随机分为4组,模型组、脂汰清治疗组、洛伐他汀对照组和山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组开始使用全价营养的饲料进行喂养,其余各组改采用高脂饲料进行喂养。同时,脂汰清治疗组、洛伐他汀对照组和山楂精降脂片对照组分别给予相应的溶化药物,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水。连续灌胃11周后,取各组兔耳中央动脉血进行检测其血清中微量元素锌、铜、镁的含量。结果:模型组和空白组兔子血清中的锌、铜、镁均呈降低的趋势;脂汰清治疗组兔子血清中锌、铜、镁的含量略比模型组高,且铜和镁的含量均超过了空白组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。山楂精降脂片对照组兔子血清中镁的含量较其他各组均有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脂汰清颗粒对血清中微量元素锌、铜、镁的调节作用不明显。Objective:Explore the influence on microelement of hyperlipidemia rabbit serum by zhitaiqing.Methods:60 New Zealand male rabbits(1.5-2.0 kg) were chosen for experimental object.Random selection of 10 rabbits as blank group were given ordinary feed.The rest of the rabbits were conducted in accordance with high fat feed for six weeks as hyperlipidemia model.Divide them into model group,Zhitaiqing group,lovastatin control group and Shanzhajing slice group four groups.From the 7th week,the normal group started to use nutritional feed while the rest of the group were given high fat feed.At the same time,zhitaiqing group,lovastatin control group and Shanzhajing slice group were given corresponding melt drug while the blank group and model group were given physiological saline.Detect the content of zinc,ketones and magnesium levels from rabbit ears central artery after intragastric administration for 11 weeks.Results:The content of zinc,ketones and magnesium of model group and blank group are in lower trend.The content of zinc,ketones and magnesium of zhitaiqing group are higher than model group,especially the content of ketones and magnesium are more than the blank group.The difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Magnesium content of shanzhajing slice group is significantly increased compared the other groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Accommodation of zhitaiqing on the content of zinc,ketones and magnesium is not obvious.
