有毒中药的现代研究思路

摘　　要：目的:阐释有毒中药的现代研究思路。方法:结合科研实际,分析、归纳和总结有关有毒中药现代研究的文献。结果:当前有毒中药普遍缺乏严谨的现代科学研究,毒性物质基础及其机制、活性物质基础及作用机制、毒效相关性、祛除毒性成分保留活性成分的工艺、配伍减毒或(和)增效、安全有效剂量范围的制定等均是亟待研究的重要环节。结论:应加强有毒中药毒性物质基础及其机制、活性物质基础及作用机制、毒效相关性、祛除毒性成分保留活性成分的工艺、配伍减毒或(和)增效、安全有效剂量范围的制定等研究,最终为有毒中药安全应用提供实验依据。本文将为有毒中药的现代研究提供思路。Objective：To introduce the modern research thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine with toxicity（toxic TCM）.Methods：Combined with practical research,to analyze and summarize.Results：There is lack of rigor modern scientific research on toxic TCM,and the mechanism-based toxic and bioactive components,the correlated relationship between toxicity and bioactivity,the technology process of eliminating toxic components and retain the active ones,toxicity attenuated or（and） efficiency enhanced by compatibility,the determination of safe and effective dose range,etc are urgent to be researched at present.Conclusion：We should carry out further studies on mechanism-based toxic and bioactive components,the correlated relationship between toxicity and bioactivity,the technology process of eliminating toxic components and retain the active ones,toxicity attenuated or（and） efficiency enhanced by compatibility,the determination of safe and effective dose range of toxic TCM so as to ensure its safety and validity in clinic application.To sum up,the present paper will provide the modern research guidance in thoughts for toxic TCM.
