高效液相色谱法测定清热消炎丸中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:利用高效液相色谱法测定清热消炎丸中黄芩苷含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱C18柱,流相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(4753);检测波长:280 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1 mL.min-1;进样量:10μL。结果:黄芩苷在0.016 48～0.082 40 g.L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=1,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=0.89%。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于清热消炎丸的质量控制。Objective：To establish an quality RP-HPLC method for content determination of Baicalin in qingre xiaoyan pills Methods：The scopoletin was performed on a column C18;with a mobile phase of Methanol-0.1%H3PO4（47：53）;the detective wavelength was 280 nm;the column temperature：25 ℃;the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1.Results：The content of Baicalin showed a good linearity in range of 0.016 48-0.082 40 g·L^-1（r=1.0）.The average recoveryrate was 99.95% and RSD was 0.89%.Conclusion：The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be effectively used for the quality control of qingre xiaoyan pills.
