摘　　要：目的本研究拟揭示中国汉族人群Hcy血浆水平与高血压的关系。方法采用循环酶法检测4989例山东日照社区人群血浆Hcy水平,分析Hcy血浆水平与血压及高血压患病的关系。结果 (1)随着Hcy血浆水平升高,高血压患者比例逐渐增加,Hcy血浆水平第二、三、四四分位组的高血压患者比例分别为第一四分位组的1.58倍、2.09倍和2.25倍,P<0.001;(2)高血压患病与Hcy血浆水平升高显著相关,logistic回归校正了年龄、性别、体重指数、吸烟、饮酒等传统危险因素后,与Hcy水平最低四分位相比,第四四分位危险比(95%CI)为1.30(1.03-1.66),P<0.05;进一步校正TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、血糖、尿酸、TG后,其相关性则不再有显著意义。结论 Hcy血浆水平升高与高血压患病显著相关,是高血压患病的标志物,但不是高血压患病的独立危险因素。Objective This study intended to reveal the relationship between the plasma Hcy level and hypertension in Chinese Han population in cross-sectional study.Method The plasma total Hcy levels in 4989 participants were measured by cyclic enzymatic method.Result（1） With the increase of plasma Hcy levels,the proportion of hypertensive patients was gradually increased,as compared with the lowest quartile（the first） of Hcy levels,the proportion of hypertensive patients was 1.48-fold for the second quartile,2.09-fold for the third quartile and 2.25-fold for the fourth quartile（the highest level）,P0.001;（2） The prevalence of hypertension was related to elevated plasma Hcy levels,after adjustment for age,gender,body mass index,smoking and drinking,compared with the lowest quartile of Hcy levels,the fourth quarter of risk ratio（95% CI） was 1.30（1.03-1.66）,P 0.05;further adjustment for TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,glucose,uric acid,TG,there was no significant correlations of prevalence of hypertension with elevated plasma Hcy levels.Conclusion Elevated plasma Hcy levels was significantly related to prevalence of hypertension;increased plasma Hcy levels were concomitant or marker rather than an independent risk factor for hypertension.
