小型农田水利工程运行现状综合评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：从规范运行与可持续发展角度,建立了小型农田水利工程运行状况评价的三级指标体系,其中一级指标5个、二级指标17个、三级指标45个,并提出了指标的计算与取值方法,利用层次分析方法给出了其综合评价的计算表格及评价等级。From the normative operation and sustainable development,the three-layer index evaluation to evaluate the operating conditions has established which contains 5 first-class indexes,17 second-class and 45 third-class indexes.The method of indicators＇ calculation and choosing has proposed,too.Finally,the calculation of the comprehensive evaluation form and the rank are given.
