哮喘患者胰岛β细胞功能与肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6及C-反应蛋白相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的：通过临床对哮喘患者进行观察，分析胰岛β细胞功能与肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白介素6（IL-6和C-反应蛋白（CRP）的相关性。方法选取20例慢性持续期哮喘患者作为试验对象，同时选取20名健康对照者进行对比分析，分别检测TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平，同时进行胰岛素释放试验，计算胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素敏感指数以及胰岛β细胞功能指数，分析胰岛β细胞功能与TNF-α、IL-6和CRP的相关性。结果与对照组相比，哮喘患者的TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平升高，胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数升高，胰岛素敏感指数下降，两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。经过多元逐步回归分析结果显示，TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平的增加和胰岛β细胞功能呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论哮喘患者在患病过程中有胰岛素抵抗的症状表现，TNF-α、IL-6和CRP与该情况有密切的相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation of beta cell function with tumor necrosis-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6 （IL-6） and C-reactive protein （CRP） in asthma patients. Methods 20 cases of chronic duration patients with asthma and 20 cases of healthy controls were selected. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were detected. Insulin release test was performend to calculate the insulin resistance index, insulin sensitivity index and beta cell function index. The correlation of beta cell function with TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in asthma patients was analyzed. Results Compared to normal control group,TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP levels in asthma patients increased, insulin resistance index, beta cell function index increased, and insulin sensitivity index declined （ P 〈0.05）. There was positive correlation between beta cell function and TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The patients with asthma have symptom of insulin resistance. TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP is associated with this situation.
