跗外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用跗外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤缺损的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析2009年3月～2011年3月收治且获得随访的22例足背皮肤缺损伴肌腱、骨外露的患者,男16例,女6例;平均年龄29.2岁(21～56岁),碾压伤12例,砸伤6例,切割伤2例,电热烧伤2例,应用跗外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤缺损伴肌腱、骨外露,供区给予植皮覆盖,术后密切观察皮瓣血运,肤色,肿胀及功能恢复状况。结果:术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6～18个月,平均12个月,皮瓣质地柔软色泽好,耐磨,无臃肿,感觉及功能良好。结论:应用跗外侧皮瓣修复足背小面积皮肤缺损伴肌腱、骨外露,具有解剖位置恒定,创伤小,质地柔软色泽好,感觉及功能正常,治疗效果好等优点。Objective：To explore the application of lateral tarsal flap for the repair of dorsal foot skin defects in the clinical application.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 2009 March to 2011 March were obtained and follow-up of 22 patients of dorsal foot skin defect with tendon and exposed bone.Male 16 examples,female 6 examples;The average age 29.2 years old （21～56 years old）,grind crush 12 examples,crushes injures 6 examples,cuts injures 2 examples,the electric heating burns 2 examples,application of lateral tarsal flap to repair the dorsal foot skin defect with exposed bone,tendon,skin graft coverage for the area gives.Postoperative observation of the blood circulation,skin,swelling and recovery of function status.Results：All the skin flaps survived,followed up for 6～18 months,the average 12 months,flap soft texture,good color,wear resistance,no fat,feel and function well.Conclusion：Application of the lateral tarsal flap to repair the dorsal foot small area skin defect of exposed bone and tendon,is anatomic location constant,small trauma,soft texture,good color,feel and function of normal,good treatment effect.
