摘 要:为了减轻对后续处理中超滤膜的污染,采用电絮凝法处理油田生化出水,降低油田生化出水中的有机物含量。研究了电流强度、曝气时间和pH值对水中总有机碳(TOC)和浊度除去效果的影响以及pH值随曝气时间的变化趋势,通过红外光谱对絮凝处理前后水中总溶解固体进行了分析,优化了电絮凝的工艺条件。研究表明,当水流速度控制在50mL/s,电流强度为2 A,500 mL絮凝出水的曝气时间为30 min时,整套絮凝工艺对TOC的去除率为48%,浊度去除率为42.9%,COD去除率为44%。Oilfield biochemical sewage was treated by electrocoagulation to remove impurities and relieve subsequent ultrafiltration membrane fouling. Effects of current intensity, aeration time, and pH value on the re- moval efficiency of TOC and turbidity were investigated, and the change of pH value caused by aeration time was studied. FTIR was employed to analyze the sev^ages before and after electroeoagu[ation treatment. The operation conditions of electrocoagulation treatment for oilfield biochemical sewage were optimized. Results show that the removal efficiencies of TOG, turbidity and COD are 48% , 42.9% , and 44% for 500 niL of electrocoagulation sewage when flow speed, current intensity, and aeration time are 50 mL/s, 2 A and 30 min,respectively.
