南京地区31家医院眼科药物利用分析

摘　　要：目的:评价南京地区医院眼科药物的应用情况,为眼科药物的研发、生产及临床合理应用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对南京地区31家医院2008-2010年眼科药物的主要品种、销售金额、用量和生产厂家等情况进行统计、分析。结果:3年来,该地区医院眼科药物销售金额排序列前4位的均为抗菌药物,其年销售金额占眼科药物总销售金额的48%;进口药市场占有率高于国产药,在各年度眼科药物销售金额排序列前10位的生产厂家中,国外企业占75%以上。结论:该地区医院眼科药物中抗菌药物用量较大,改善视疲劳和过度用眼药用量呈快速增长趋势。眼科药物高端市场和技术优势基本由外资企业掌握,国内企业应加大研发力度,优化品种结构,提高质量,借鉴新材料、新技术,尤其是创新技术,以质优、价廉的眼科药物赢得市场。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of ophthalmology drugs in hospitals of Nanjing area, and to provide references for R＆D, manufacture and clinical use of ophthalmology drugs. METHODS ： By retrospective study, the utilization of ophthalmology drugs in 31 hospitals of Nanjing area was analyzed statistically in respect of main types, consumption sum, amount and manufacturers, etc. RESULTS ： Top 4 ophthalmology drugs in the list of consumption sum were all antibacterials in the past 3 years, which accounted for 48% of total consumption sum; the proportion of imported products in the market was higher than domestic drugs, and foreign enterprises occupied above 75 % among top 10 manufacturers in the list of consumption sum. CONCLUSION： Antibacterials take up a great proportion of ophthalmology drugs in the hospital of Nanjing area, and the amount of ophthalmology drugs for relieving asthenopia and eyes overworking shows a rapid growth trend. The high level product and advanced technology were predominated by foreign enterprises. The domestic enterprises should emphasis R＆D, optimize category structure, improve quality as well as adopt new technology and materials, especially innovation technology, for market occupation by high-quality and low-cost ophthalmology dru^s.
