宫腔镜处理胎物残留临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜在处理胎物残留中的效果和安全性。方法:对2007年12月～2012年2月在宫腔镜下清宫处理胎物残留妇女347例,取同期超声引导下清宫处理胎物残留92例作为对照组,观察两组清理胎物残留的效果。结果:宫腔镜下清宫处理胎物残留妇女347例,术前平均血红蛋白(Hb)(120±19)g/L,术后平均血红蛋白(Hb)(110±21)g/L,出现人流综合征3例(0.86%),平均手术时间(10.30±2.10)min,胎物残留0例。对照组超声引导下清宫处理胎物残留92例,术前平均Hb(130±24)g/L,术后平均Hb(100±26)g/L,出现人流综合征6例(6.52%),平均手术时间为(14.30±3.40)min,胎物残留13例(14.13%)。结论:宫腔镜应用于胎物残留快捷、安全、有效,值得推广。Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of hysteroscope in treatment of embryonic residuals. Methods： Three hundred and forty -seven women with embryonic residuals treated with uterine curettage under hysteroscope were selected from December 2007 to February 2012, ninety - two women with embryonic residuals treated with uterine curettage under the guidance of ultrasound during the same period were selected as control group. The efficacies in the two groups.were observed. Results： Three hundred and forty -seven women with embryonic residuals were treated with uterine curettage un- der hysteroscope, the mean hemoglobin contents before and after treatment were （ 120 ± 19） g/L and （ 110± 21 ） g/L, respectively; three women （0. 86% ） were found with induced abortion syndrome; the mean operation time was （10. 30 ±2. 10） minutes; there was no embry- onic residuals among the women. In control group, 92 women with embryonic residuals were treated with uterine curettage under the guidance of ultrasound, the mean hemoglobin contents before and after treatment were （130±24 ） g/L and （100±26） g/L, respectively; six women （6. 52% ） were found with induced abortion syndrome; the mean operation time was （ 14. 30±3.40） minutes; 13 women （ 14. 13% ） were found with embryonic residuals. Conclusion ： Hysteroscope is quick, safe, and effective used for treatment of embryonic residuals, which is worthy to be popularized.
