超导可视下无痛人工流产术配合阴道置药终止早期妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道置药辅助超导可视下无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠的疗效。方法:选取2009年4月～2011年9月孕龄40～60天180例门诊早孕妇女,随机分为A组90例采用超导可视下+丙泊酚静脉全麻人工流产术,B组90例采用术前1 h阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇0.4 mg然后再行超导可视下无痛人工流产术。观察2组完全流产率、宫口松弛度、宫缩强度、出血量与阴道出血时间。结果:B组宫口松弛发生率明显高于A组,出血量和阴道出血时间明显少于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超导可视下无痛人工流产术配合阴道置药终止早期妊娠镇痛效果确切,安全可靠。Objective： To explore the curative effect of painless artificial abortion surgery under the guidance of visual ultrasound combined with vaginal application of misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy. Methods： One hundred and eighty women with early pregnancy （gestational age： 40 -60 days） were selected from outpatient department of the hospital from April 2009 to September 2011, then they were divided into group A and group B randomly, ninety women in group A were treated with artificial abortion under general anesthesia with intravenous drip of propofol and the guidance of visual ultrasound, while ninety women in group B were treated with vaginal application of misoprostol （0. 4 mg） at one hour before surgery combined with painless artificial abortion surgery under the guidance of visual ultrasound. The total abortion rates, the degrees of cervical dilation, the intensities of uterine contraction, the amounts of blood loss, and the vaginal bleeding times in the two groups were observed. Results： The incidence of cervical dilation in group B was significantly higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the amount of blood loss and the vagina[ bleeding time in group B were significantly less than those in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The curative effect of painless artificial abortion surgery under the guidance of visual ultrasound combined with vaginal application of misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy is good, and the method is safe and reliable.
