细胞增殖核蛋白和葡萄糖转运蛋白与子宫内膜病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究子宫内膜病变的不同发展阶段细胞增殖核蛋白和葡萄糖转运蛋白Ι在病变组织中的表达,探讨子宫内膜癌细胞生物学行为的分子学基础。方法:收集珠海市妇幼保健院近年子宫内膜癌标本档案蜡块及同期子宫内膜标本档案蜡块为研究对象,根据诊断标准和病理分级分组,观察不同阶段病变组织细胞中GLUTs和PCNA的表达。结果:细胞增殖核蛋白和葡萄糖转运蛋白与子宫内膜病变的程度成正相关(r1=0.85;r2=0.82),简单增生组织细胞中不表达或少表达,子宫内膜癌组织中高表达(P<0.05)。结论:细胞增殖核蛋白和葡萄糖转运蛋白是子宫内膜病变诊断的可靠依据,可为其提供治疗方案的选择、评定治疗效果和评估预后。Objective： To research the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and glucose transporter 1 （GLUT - 1 ） in endometrial tissues during different developmental stages of endometrial lesions. Methods： Paraffin - embedded endometrial cancer samples and endometrium samples during the same period were collected from the hospital in recent years as study objects, then the samples were divided into different groups according to diagnostic criterion and pathological grades, the expressions of GLUT - 1 and PCNA in cells of different phases of cervical lesions were observed. Results： There was a positive correlation between GLUT - 1, PCNA and the degree of endometrial lesions （r/1 = 0. 85, r/2 = 0. 82）, they didnt express and rarely expressed in simple proliferative tissue, but they highly expressed in endometrial cancer （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： GLUT - 1 and PCNA are reliable indexes to diagnose endometrial lesions, which can pro- vide choice for therapeutic scheme and evaluation for curative effect and prognosis.
