摘 要:在集输-S型柔性立管系统中实验研究了空气-水两相流的流型,研究了不同流型下立管段压差波动信号的频域特征,分析了压差波动信号的功率谱特性(PSD)。结果表明,随着流型由严重段塞流向稳定流动的转变,立管压差波动信号的能量值逐渐降低,能量值的频率范围逐渐升高。不同流型的功率谱能量值及主峰所在频率存在很大差别,压差信号的功率谱密度函数可作为识别S型柔性立管系统中流型的有效手段。This work presents an experimental investigation on the flow patterns of gas-liquid two-phase flow in pipeline S-shaped flexible riser system.The test loop consists of a horizontal pipeline 114 m in length and 50 mm in i.d.,a-2°downward inclined pipe 16 m in length,and an S-shaped riser 15.3 m in vertical height and 24 m in length.Frequency domain analysis on the fluctuation of differential pressure over the riser was carried out and the power spectrum density (PSD)of the corresponding signals was estimated.It's found that as flow pattern transition from typical severe slugging to stable flow occurs,the energy of the fluctuation of differential pressure signal decreases while the dominant frequency of the signal increases.The PSD characteristics of flow patterns are different significantly from each other,indicating that PSD of differential pressure is an effective method for identification of flow patterns in pipeline riser system.
