摘  要:微环谐振器具有结构紧凑、易于大规模集成等优点,在研究中多采用多环联接来改进其滤波特性。提出了一种改进型的N阶微环矩阵谐振滤波器结构,使N阶矩阵为菱形排列方式,以获得更佳的旁瓣、带内纹波等性能指标。以3阶微环矩阵为例,利用耦合模理论对N阶微环矩阵建立稳态方程,求解出3阶微环矩阵的输出特性,并与其他同环数的微环阵列在滤波性能上进行比较分析,得出结论:在相应结构参数和微环数目相同的情况下,改进型N阶微环矩阵谐振滤波器在通带宽度、远端抑制、旁瓣等方面较多环联接方式更具优势。该改进型N阶微环矩阵谐振滤波器可以在宽信道大容量的波分复用系统中得到应用。Micro-ring has the advantages of compact structure and high integration, which can be used as filter. In research multi-ring structure is applied to improve the transmission character of the filter. The N-order micro-ring matrix resonator filter was introduced, in which the rings were arranged as rhombus to get the optimized side lobes and ripples. The steady equation is established according to the coupled-mode-theory and solved in the conditions of 3-order micro-ring matrix. And the performance of the new filter is compared with the normal N-order-array filter that consists of the same number of micro- rings. It is found that with the similar structure the novel N-order micro-ring matrix resonator filter shows a better performance of wider pass band, better shaper factor and lower side lobes, which make the novel N-order micro-ring matrix be suitable for using in the wide channel and high capacity wavelength division multiplex (WDM) system.
