纺纱方法对山羊绒针织物起毛起球性能的影响

摘　　要：针对山羊绒针织物起毛起球问题,通过对山羊绒针织物起毛起球机理和过程的研究,采用以不同纺纱方式生产的山羊绒纱线的针织物,在滚箱式起毛起球仪上分别做2、3、4、5 h的起毛起球试验,通过试验数据比较环锭纺和走锭纺山羊绒针织物的起毛起球等级及起球箱内磨掉的绒毛和毛粒质量,得出采用2种纺纱方式的山羊绒针织物起毛起球性能的不同,与走锭纺和环锭纺的纺纱机理不同有关,纺纱工艺对山羊绒针织物起毛起球性能有极大的影响。为企业解决山羊绒织物起毛起球问题提供一定的依据。Abstract： According to pilling cashmere knit material fluff on cashmere knitted fabric pilling pilling mechanism and process of research, using different spinning cashmere yarn knitted in a roller box pilling instrument, respectively, 2. 3. 4. 5 h pilling, obtained by experimental data, ring spinning and go spindles spinning cashmere knitted fabric pilling grade and worn away from the ball inside the villi and neps weight two spinning cashmere knitted fabric pilling performance of the different ball, with the mule spinning and ring spinning mechanism, the spinning process cashmere knitted fabric pilling performance have a great impact provide a basis for enterprises to solve the cashmere fabric pilling.
