摘　　要：系统阐述了羊毛条毡缩性能快速测试方法,一方面针对普通羊毛条,建立了使用皂洗色牢度机测试羊毛毡缩性的测试方法,并验证了测试方法的精确性;另一方面针对丝光防缩毛条,通过对洗后外观进行评价,建立丝光防缩羊毛洗后耐机洗等级评价体系。丝光防缩羊毛条防缩性能快速检测方法开发,使得丝光毛条生产企业能够快速准确的了解丝光羊毛防毡缩的性能,对于整个行业提高产品品质,解决实际贸易纠纷,有着非常积极的意义。The article studies a quick mothod to test the felting properties of wool tops. The wool appearance will be changed after washing. For the normal wool fiber, test the volume of the felting ball, and for the mercerized shrink-proof wool fiber, evaluate the appearance of the wool aftet washing. The quick method to test felting properties of wool tops will be very useful for the company producing mercerized shrink-proof wool to control the quality, will develop the quality of the mercerized shrink-proof wool, and will also be very useful to settle the trading controversy.
