摘 要:从原毛毛质、生产工艺方面研究分析了藏毯中浮毛、碎毛产生的原因,以及浮毛、碎毛在藏毯组织结构中的不同分布对去除效果的影响,分析了影响去除效果的因素。通过对工业吸尘器、静电去除、静电除尘轮、机械去除方式的去除效果进行了实验对比分析,得出机械去除方式是上述4种去除方式中去除效果较佳的藏毯浮毛、碎毛去除方法,结合生产实际提出了以机械去除为主、工业吸尘器为辅的去除方式以获得最佳的去除效果。From the original wool quality and production technology, it researched the causes of float wool and broken wool of Tibetan carpet, as well as the different distribution of float wool and broken wool in the organizational structure of the Tibetan carpet influence on the removal efficiency, to identify the factors affect the removal efficiency. Compared and analysed the removal efficieney of industrial vacuum cleaners, electrostatic removal, the electrostatic precipitator wheel and mechanical removal by the experimental, obtained mechanical removal of the above four removal methods was better. Combined with the actual production, put forward the mainly removal method is by machine and the auxiliary method is by industrial vacuum cleaner, to get the best removal efficiency.
