摘 要:目的掌握山区血吸虫病流行趋势和疫情变化规律,为科学制定山区血吸虫病防治策略提供可靠依据。方法按照全国血吸虫病监测方案要求2005年在西昌市川兴镇新农村设立国家级监测点,连续每年开展血吸虫病情、螺情和相关因素监测工作。结果 2005-2010年监测点人群血吸虫血清阳性率从26.35%下降到7.57%,人群血吸虫感染率从2.57%下降到0.71%。2005-2010年监测点未发现血吸虫感染家畜。2005-2010年监测点钉螺面积从16 240 m2下降到3 920 m2,活螺密度从1.13只/0.11 m2下降到0.19只/0.11 m2,未发现感染性钉螺。结论西昌市血吸虫病疫情已处在一个较低的水平,应继续做好监测工作,加强综合治理,巩固血防成果。Objective To understand the epidemic trend and variation discipline of schistosomiasis in mountain area,provide scientific evidence for developing Schistosomiasis control strategy inmountain areas. Methods According to the National Surveillance Protocol for Schistosomiasis, Xinnong village in Chuanxing town was selected as the national surveillance site in 2005. The surveillance work was carried out about the sehistosomia infection of human, snails and other related factors every year. Results From 2005 to 2010, the schistosoma sera positive rate of residents declined from 26.35% to 7.57%, and the human schistosoma infection rate declined from 2. 57% to 0. 71%. No infected domestic animal was found. The snail area declined from 16 240 m^2 to 3 920 m^2 ,the density of living snails declined from 1.13/0. 11 m^2 to 0. 19/0. 11 mE ,and no infected snail was found. Conclusion The epidemic of Schistosomiasis remained at low level in Xichang city. To consolidate the Schistosomiasis control achievement, the surveillance and the comprehensive control measure should be strengthened.
