摘　　要：依据建筑工程施工招标评标综合评价体系,以决策矩阵为基础,利用偏差分析和方差最大化多属性决策方法,建立了考虑专家水平的综合评价模型,对建筑工程施工招投标的量化评标进行探讨,给出了计算实例.This article based on Building Construction Bidding comprehensive evaluation system, the concept of minimum variance and maximum variance of multiple attribute deci- sion making, considering the level of experts to establish a comprehensive evaluation model, the construction bidding on construction projects to explore the quantitative evaluation is given the calculation example.
