摘 要:目的对排风藤植物内生真菌进行分离并研究其内生真菌抗菌活性。方法先采用尖端菌丝挑取法分离纯化排风藤内生真菌,然后依据《微生物分类学》对分离的真菌进行鉴定,最后用牛津杯法对分离的内生真菌进行抗菌实验。结果从排风藤的果、叶、茎中分离得到18株内生真菌:即丝核菌属11种,青霉属2种,曲霉属2种,地霉属1种,枝孢属1种和根霉属1种。结论 18株内生真菌中有两个菌株的代谢产物的抗菌活性较强,为获得具有药效活性的化合物提供研究基础。Objective Endophytic fungi from Solanum cathayanum was isolated and antimicrobial activity based on the isolation of strains was investigated. Methods Firstly endophytic fungi from Solanum cathayanum was isolated with the method of tip myce- lium picked, and then the strain of the fungi was observed and identified with morphology method according to microbial taxonomy. Finally antimicrobial activities of endophytic fungi was studied by Oxford plate assay. Results 18 different fungi strains were ob- tained from the fruits, the leaves and the stalks samples of Solanum cathayanum. 11 species Rhizoctonia DC of Deuteromycotina, 2 species of Penicillium,2 species of Aspergillus, 1 species Geotrichum, 1 species Cladosporium and 1 species Rhizopus were iden- tified. Conclusion The metabolites of two fungi among 18 fungi strains have good antimicrobial activities ,which provide the theo- retical research foundation for acquiring compound with drug activities.
