摘  要:目的研究影响重楼愈伤组织发生的关键因素。方法以重楼的根状茎、侧根、茎、叶、种胚等为材料,在添加不同配比的激素组合的MS培养基中培养。结果在上述5种材料中,只有种胚在胚乳看护培养的条件下才能诱导出愈伤组织;IAA诱导重楼愈伤组织的作用最大,而6-BA对重楼愈伤组织分化的调节作用较好;MS+2 mg.L-1IAA+0.02 mg.L-16-BA是诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基,诱导率达到53.3%。结论合适的外植体和激素组合是诱导重楼愈伤组织的关键因素。Objective To study the key factors affecting the formation of callus of Paris polyphylla. Methods The explants ( rhizo- rues, lateral roots, stems, leaves and seeds ) were cultured on the MS basal medium with supplement of various combinations of- phytohormones. Results Callus could be induced successfully from the seed embryos only with the method of nursing culture of endosperm. Itg also found that IAA exhibited the greatest capacity to improve the induction of Paris callus among tested phtohor- mones, however, 6 -BA possessed stronger ability in regulating the differentiation of Paris callus than IAA did. In addition, it's demonstrated that the formula of MS +2 mg . L^-1IAA +0.02 mg . L^-1 6 - BA was proven to be better for the induction of Paris callus, and achieved a maximum induction rate of 53.3%. Conclusion Appropriate explants and combinations of phytohormones might play pivotal roles in inducing the formation of callus of Paris polyphylla.
