摘　　要：目的研究异叶天南星黄酮成分与生长期的相关性。方法定期采挖药材并去皮干燥,采用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定药材中黄酮含量,分析其变化规律。结果异叶天南星的总黄酮和夏佛托苷与异夏佛托苷含量均自4月至10月呈先扬后抑的趋势。结论异叶天南星黄酮成分的含量与生长期有相关性,提示天南星的采收时间应予规范。Objective The correlation between dynamic changes of the flavonoids content and different growth stages of Arisaema heterophyllum B1. has been studied. Methods It used UV and high performance liquid chromatography to determine flavonoids in Arisaema heterophyllum B1. which was digged on an regular time and analyzed their variation. Results The trend of contents of to- tal flavonoids, schaftoside and ischaftoside in Arisaema heterophyllum B1. was increased at first and reduced at last from April to October. Conclusion It has correlation between the flavonoids content and different growth stages of Arisaema heterophyUum B1, suggesting that harvesting time of Arisaema heterophyllum B1. should be standardized.
