摘 要:目的通过观察心交感神经电活动变化情况,比较不同频率电针对穴位效应的影响,为临床治疗选择低频电针频率提供实验依据。方法健康青紫蓝家兔60只,雌雄各半,体质量(2.5±0.3)kg,随机选10只做正常对照组,其余家兔在麻醉状态下采用左冠状动脉旋前降支结扎法复制急性心肌缺血模型,随机分为模型对照组、低频(2 Hz)电针组、高频(100Hz)电针组和混频(2/100 Hz)电针组,每组10只。采用BIOPAC生物信号采集系统记录心交感神经电信号,同时接入SKY-A8生物信号处理系统进行数据处理。结果急性心肌缺血模型家兔心交感神经电活动兴奋性降低,与正常组家兔比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在电针后即刻及停针15min时,心交感神经电活动显著增强,低频电针组、高频电针组及混频电针组家兔的心交感神经电活动的频率与模型组有显著性差异,且以低频电针组效果优于高频电针组和混频电针组,而高频电针组和混频电针组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同频率电针"内关"穴均可明显改善急性心肌缺血家兔的心交感神经电活动,且存在相对特异性,以低频电针组提高心交感神经兴奋性作用最强。Objective To support application of acupuncture Neiguan in treating acute myocardial ischemia in clinic. Meth- ods 60 healthy rabbits (with weight of 2.5 ±0.3kg, male in half) were selected, 10 were chosen randomly as the normal group, and the other were duplicated AMI model with ligate the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery under anes- thesia conditions. Divided the successful model rabbits into model, low frequency (2 Hz) , high frequency (100 Hz) and mix frequency (2/100 Hz) groups randomly, and point selected PC 6 to electro - acupuncture, 10 rabbits in each group. Recorded and analyzed cardiac sympathetic nerve signals with BIOPAC and SKY - A8 system and assorted software. Results After model duplicated, the activities of CSN decreased, and compared with normal rabbit there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). At the moment and after 15 rain of stopping EA, the CSN activity changed significantly in three electro - acupunc- ture groups compared with model group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). It indicated that these three different frequencies of EA could regulate and improve the cardiac function of AMI rabbit, and the effect of low frequency was better than high and mix frequencies while the later groups had no significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Different frequencies of EA can improve ac- tivities of CSN, and they have significant variation, low frequency is better than high and mix frequency in EA PC 6 on AMI, and there is no significant difference between high and mix frequency.
