摘　　要：以雁门关生态畜牧经济区畜牧养殖为研究对象,在阐述农业标准的概念、农业标准化基本理论的基础上,通过实地调查、案例分析和实证分析,对山西雁门关生态畜牧经济区标准化养殖发展现状、标准化养殖的实施效果、存在问题进行了深入探讨。研究表明,标准化养殖比传统散养需要更多的资金投入、更高的饲养技术和检测检验技术,标准化养殖畜产品的价格和市场占有率也影响标准化养殖。围绕雁门关生态畜牧经济区的实际情况,从筹集资金、扩大养殖规模、制定畜产品标准和建立农产品市场准入制度四个方面,提出了促进雁门关生态畜牧经济区标准化养殖发展的对策建议,为实施标准化养殖提供合理可行的参考依据。Animal husbandry in Yanmenguan ecological and animal husbandry economic zone was selected as the study object in this paper, the concept of agricultural standards and the basic theories of agricultural standardization were expounding as the foundation of this study. With field surveys, case studies and empirical analysis, current situation of standardized breeding development, effect of the implementation of standardized breeding and existing problems in Shanxi Yanmenguan ecological and animal husbandry economic zone were discussed. Results showed that the standardization breeding need more capital investment, higher level of feeding and inspection techniques, the price of livestock product from standardized farming and its market share affect the standardization of culture. The suggestions were raised to promote the development of standardized breeding in Yanmenguan economic zone including four aspects, which were raising funds, expanding the scale of farming, establishing and improving the standardization breeding system, and establishing the agricultural market access system. These suggestions also provide a reasonable and viable reference frame for the implementation of standardized breeding.
