摘　　要：研究分析了基于GIS的城市土地供应与耕地保护监管系统建设的内容,并提出了研究方法。通过研究的开展以及系统的实现,力图构建一个基于GIS的城市土地供应分析与监控的数据库系统和决策支持的技术方法,为科学、合理地供应土地,加强土地供应管理,提高城市土地集约利用水平,从而达到控制城市快速扩张,尽量少占或不占耕地,更有效地保护耕地资源尤其是基本农田的目的,也为加强节约与集约用地管理提供技术手段。This paper researches and analyzes the content of the city land supply and farmland protection and super- vision system construction, through research carrying on and realizing of the system, the article puts up research method, tries hard to construct a the technical method for land supply analysis and supervision database system and the decision sustaining based on GIS, and gets the aim to protect more effectually plowland especial farmland and strengthens techni- cal means for saving land use and intensivism land-use.
