摘　　要：目的:探讨程序式居家护理干预对糖尿病患者疾病自控能力的影响。方法:构建社会支持体系,充分发展一级、二级医院及基层医疗卫生网点的连续性护理服务作用,根据患者年龄、病情发展各阶段为配对条件选取100例(50对)糖尿病患者,随机分为常规社区护理组(下称常规组)与程序式居家护理组(下称居家组)各50例,常规组给予常规性社区护理;居家组通过实施评估分析,制定行之有效的居家护理方案,共干预6个月。结果:干预后两组患者疾病自控能力、依从性比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:程序式居家护理干预可提高糖尿病患者的疾病自控能力,预防并发症,提高生存质量,具有可操作性与实用性,值得在社区护理中推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of program type home nursing intervention on the self control ability of patients with dia- betes. Methods ： The social support system was set up to fully play the role of grade I, grade II hospitals and community health care network in continuously providing nursing service, 100 diabetic patients were selected to match 50 pairs aecording to patientg age and development stage of illness. The patients were randomly divided into routine community care group （ hereinafter referred to as the conventional care group ） and program type home care group { hereinafter referred to as the home care group ） ,50 patients in each group. Routine community care was given to the patients in the conventional care group and home nursing intervention was implemented for 6 months by using effec- tive home nursing program through evaluating and analyzing the patients＇conditions in the home care group. Results： There were statistical- ly significant differences in the comparison of patient self control ability and compliance between the two groups after nursing intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The program type home nursing intervention can enhance patient self control ability and effectively prevent com- plications and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes ,the mode possess the characteristics of operability and practicability and is worthy of popularization and application in the community nursing care.
